Please follow the regulation step by step
1. Our business is home-based, we do not accept any extra guests, no kids, no pets, no spouses, no friends.
2. Deposit required: when you book your appointment the system will automatically charge 50% of the service fee to the card on file, the rest of the service can be paid with credit card or cash after your appointment.
3. Be here on time! Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment, the time is really important for us, so I do not want anyone wait more than 10 minutes for a delay. If you arrive 10 minutes late I will no be able to serve you, your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do it on the system 24 hours before, that way you don’t lose you deposit. If I don’t receive any notice from you after the grace period (10 minutes after your appointment) it will be considered as a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW and the system will automatically charge the 100% of the service to the call on file.
